Meet Our Staff

Our staff are our greatest asset. They are all experienced, enthusiastic and caring individuals, and have been selected because they relate well to young children and have an excellent understanding of child development.

All staff are either fully qualified or currently working towards a qualification. We encourage our staff to extend their knowledge and skills by attending regular short courses and meetings, and ensure all keep up to date with any new legislation etc. All staff are CRB checked at the Enhanced level.

We support our staff and encourage them to explore new ideas in their work. In this way we try to keep a happy and professional atmosphere in the staff group, which is conveyed to the children. We are also sure that stability of care matters a lot to small children and we are pleased that our staff group is a stable one.

We have close links with other professionals and advisors. This can be especially helpful when addressing special needs issues.
